What is BIM & 3D Modelling?

Building Information Modelling (BIM) is the process of creating and managing digital representations of a building's physical and functional characteristics. Unlike traditional CAD drawings, BIM models are intelligent — every element contains data about its properties, relationships, and behaviour.

We establish the BIM uses, LOD requirements, file naming conventions, and coordination protocols before any modelling begins.

Architectural Modelling

Full 3D architectural model built in Revit — walls, floors, roofs, doors, windows, and all architectural elements to the specified LOD.

Structural Integration

Structural model linked and federated with the architectural model — columns, beams, slabs, foundations all coordinated.

MEP Coordination

Mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems modelled and routed through the federated model — all services coordinated in 3D space.

Clash Detection

Navisworks clash detection run across all disciplines. Clash reports issued and resolved iteratively until zero unresolved conflicts remain.

Model Delivery

Final federated model exported in IFC, NWD, and native Revit formats — along with quantity schedules, renders, and as-built documentation.
