Industrial manufacturing facility constructed for paper production operations and utility services within the Khazaen Economic City industrial zone. First Step Engineering provided structural and MEP engineering design for this purpose-built manufacturing facility, developing a robust industrial structure capable of accommodating heavy production machinery, elevated floor loading, and complex process utility requirements. The MEP scope covered industrial electrical distribution, compressed air systems, water supply and drainage for production processes, and ventilation systems designed to maintain safe working conditions throughout the manufacturing floor and ancillary plant areas within the Khazaen Economic City framework.
