Educational and healthcare institutional project featuring advanced facility planning and modern infrastructure to support clinical training and academic operations. First Step Engineering provided architectural and MEP design consultancy services for the Oman Dental College, developing a purpose-built facility that integrates clinical treatment areas, preclinical simulation laboratories, lecture theatres, and academic administrative zones. The MEP systems were designed to meet the demanding requirements of dental clinical environments, including medical gas distribution, specialist ventilation with infection control provisions, and high-specification electrical systems to support diagnostic and treatment equipment throughout the college.
