Healthcare-related infrastructure project delivered with coordinated civil, architectural, and MEP engineering works to support regional health service delivery. The Regional Dialysis Unit at Al Khaburah was developed for the Ministry of Health as part of Oman's ongoing expansion of healthcare infrastructure across the governorates. First Step Engineering coordinated the full multidisciplinary design scope, ensuring that clinical planning requirements, infection control standards, and MEP system specifications aligned with Ministry of Health guidelines and the operational needs of dialysis and outpatient services.
