Modern logistics and warehouse facility designed to support efficient storage operations and industrial functionality, with optimised floor plans and loading infrastructure. First Step Engineering provided structural engineering and MEP design services for this purpose-built logistics facility. The structural system was designed to accommodate high bay racking configurations and heavy floor loading requirements, while the MEP scope encompassed ventilation, lighting, fire suppression, and utility distribution throughout the operational floor plate and ancillary office areas.
