Commissioned by Omran, Oman's tourism development company, the Atika Public Service Unit was designed to blend sensitively with its natural surroundings while delivering durable civil and infrastructure works suited to the demands of a high-footfall visitor facility. First Step Engineering provided civil engineering and infrastructure design services including site preparation, drainage systems, external utility connections, and hard landscaping coordination to ensure a functional and visitor-friendly public amenity that supports the wider tourism development objectives of the project area.
